Talk to Us

You fund promising climate organizations. We help them deliver.

You fund a promising idea, a visionary leader. To deliver that impact, the organisation has to grow with it. We have what your grantees need to get ahead: experts who know the nonprofit world, tailored support we organise end-to-end, and a process that stays frictionless throughout.

How your grantees get support

Bespoke consulting projects

A meaningful outcome, such as a new strategy or MEL framework, at a pace the grantee can absorb alongside the campaign.

It helped me think more clearly about where we are heading given the many opportunities in front of us today, and to recognise that in order to be truly strategic, we need to be more deliberate, including having the discipline to close some doors so we can focus on the ones that matter most.

Executive and capacity coaching

Experienced coaches and thought partners for climate leaders carrying high stakes and high pressure.

10/10 would recommend. Janet guided me through a reflection about our organizational structure, and did so in a way that encouraged me to develop my own organizational growth and management reflexes. I cannot overstate how much it meant to me in those first few weeks to work with someone who showed she truly cared and believed in me as a leader.

Small-group training courses

Interactive online sessions with expert trainers and tangible takeaways, 10 to 15 participants.

An insightful and highly practical learning journey, led by top-tier trainers, that helped us to start putting together the pieces of a MEL system truly aligned with our organizational purpose and the inherent complexity of the challenges we aim to tackle.

What grantees work on

And for what impact

Leadership growth

Leaders who delegate better, prevent burnout, and navigate rapid growth without losing their teams along the way.

Strategy and evidence

A strategic plan and theory of change the whole team owns, and a right-sized MEL framework built for advocacy and systems change rather than service delivery.

Compelling communications

A clear messaging framework, a refreshed website and social presence, and the confidence to tell their story to media, supporters, and funders.

Mobilising funds

A realistic fundraising strategy, a donor pipeline, and strong proposals, often leading to income beyond climate philanthropy.

Leveraging technology

Working data and CRM systems, stronger digital security, and practical AI workflows, so the tech serves the mission instead of draining it.

Effective processes and systems

Fit-for-purpose policies, a clear org structure, and hiring that brings in and keeps the right people.

How it works

A simple and transparent system.

One contract, zero admin

We sign an annual agreement or grant to deliver services to your grantees. You can top up anytime.

You introduce, we take care

Connect the grantee to us and we'll handle everything: discussions, consultant matching, contracting, payments, and reporting.

Pay only for what's used

You approve every project before it starts, and only pay for the consulting your grantees actually receive.

A dedicated focal person

Someone from our team gets to know you and your grantees personally. For climate partners, that's Svitlana Pinchuk.

Full visibility, real time

Through our CRM you track all activities, budget and expenses, and grantee satisfaction reports as they happen.

What makes us unique

2

4

Personal attention, from people who care

Our team lives and works in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Nobody is a ticket number.

Budgeting

How much should you budget?

  • We recommend planning around $10,000 per year per active grantee, enough for a significant project.
  • As a simple rule of thumb, count on 30% or so of your grantees being active in a given year.
  • Typical yearly budgets range from $100,000 to $500,000, and you only pay for what's used.
  • There are no other costs: 70% goes directly to consultants and trainers, 30% covers everything NPB does around the work.

And how you'll know it worked

At the end of every project, we ask the grantee:

  • How well the consultant worked for them
  • What was achieved, what changed, and what they learned
  • How we and the consultant could have done better
  • What comes next in their organisational journey

Every answer goes back to the consultant and shapes the next match. You see all of it, as it arrives.
